What’s for dinner?

I find that making dinner is one of the most challenging parts of my day. It’s actually the planning part of dinner that drives me crazy. This is why I plan each week in advance. I’m going to start a new series called “What’s for dinner?” Each Monday I’ll be posting my menu plan for the week. I would love to know what your having as well. I can always use new ideas…

Here is our menu for this week:

Monday: Tri Tip, peas, lettuce wedge, fresh watermelon, dinner rolls.

Tuesday: Tri-color cheese tortellini w/marinara sauce, green beans, salad, cantaloupe, french bread.

Wednesday: Grilled bbq chicken, corn on the cob, salad, peaches.

Thursday: Spehgetti w/meat sauce, mixed veggies, salad, mixed fruit, french bread.

Friday: Pizza Night!

I typically freeze all pasta left overs for our daughters lunch. We eat a lot of salad during the summer months then fade out as fall comes around. We also do a lot of grilling. Planning out my menu in advance saves me a lot of time and money. How about you? What are you having for dinner?
