How is it Monday already? I should also tell you, I don’t cook all week. A lot of the times I’ve pre-made my meals and keep them in the freezer until I’m ready. More on freezer meals later. For now, here is “What’s for dinner” this week…
Monday: BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, corn on the cob, coleslaw.
Tuesday: Grilled lemon pepper chicken breasts, grilled zucchini, tomato salad
Wednesday: Stuffed bell peppers, rice, salad, and fruit
Thursday: Breakfast for dinner!
Friday: Pizza Night!
