Last week I skipped “What’s for Dinner” and I was at a total loss all week! I’m not making that mistake again! Since I got a 10 lb. bag of potatoes last week for $0.49 (Safeway) we will be eating a lot of potatoes!
We’ll just call it potato week!
Monday: Salisbury Steak, mashed potatoes, salad
Tuesday: Pot roast, potatoes, carrots, onions, fresh bread rolls
Wednesday: BBQ Beef sandwiched, potato wedges, coleslaw!
Thursday: Taco night (using the last of the shredded beef)
Friday: TBD (Breakfast for dinner?)
