One of the best ways I save time and money is to plan out my menu for the week. The times I haven’t done this are those times I break my grocery budget. And drive myself crazy. Here is what’s for dinner this week.
Monday: Skirt steak with noodles and roasted butternut squash
Tuesday: Stir fry with veggies and left over skirt steak
Wednesday: Lemon pepper chicken, mashed potatoes
Thursday: Cowboy Stew with homemade biscuits
Friday: Our favorite Chinese food I hope!
