Safeway has updated their coupon policy. In a nutshell, they are no longer taking Walgreens Register Rewards or any other store catalina coupons unless it is for a specific item. Oh well, we’ll just wait for the next change!
9. Safeway will accept valid Catalina manufacturer coupon that is issued to a customer by another retailer only if such coupon is for a specific item.
