It says not valid on clearance… does this mean it won’t work on sale items? I remember not being able to use a 15% off coupon last January at an Express sale…

Hi Sarah, Right, the coupon does say it’s not valid on clearance items. However, I called our local Express store and it can be used on sale items. Hope this helps!
