Here is what’s for dinner this week. I love St. Patrick’s Day! It’s the one time each year I fix Corned Beef and Cabbage!!
Monday: BBQ Meatballs, rice, broccoli
Tuesday: Mexican stuffed bell peppers, spanish rice, salad
Wednesday: Parmesan crusted chicken, roasted potatoes, broccoli
Thursday: Corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, corn bread
Friday: Pizza night!
